Shipping policy

Canada
We offer free shipping on all orders over $79 CAD. For orders under $79 CAD, a $14.99 CAD shipping and handling fee will apply.

United States
We offer free shipping on all orders over $80 USD. For orders under $80 USD, a $20 USD shipping and handling fee will apply. Please note that applicable U.S. customs fees will be calculated and applied at checkout.

Other International Destinations
For orders shipped to countries other than Canada and the United States, shipping and handling fees are calculated based on Canada Post rates and will be displayed at checkout. We currently offer free shipping on orders over $450 CAD.

We will ship your purchase within 1-2 business days after we receive your order. Your purchase will be delivered within 3-9 business days after we ship your products. Please allow up to 5 additional days for rural and remote areas.

We will deliver Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays.

During high season and sales campaigns, delivery might take a little longer.

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.
