Shipping policy

For orders within Canada, we are currently offering free shipping on all orders over $79 CAD. For orders below $79 CAD, a $14.99 shipping and handling fee will apply.

For orders to the United States, we are currently offering free shipping on all orders over $80. For orders below $80, a $20 shipping and handling fee will apply. Please note that a 20% customs fee will be applied at checkout

For orders to other countries but Canada or the US, shipping and handling costs applied depend on Canada Post, and the fee will be shown at check out. 

We will ship your purchase within 1-2 business days after we receive your order. Your purchase will be delivered within 3-9 business days after we ship your products. Please allow up to 5 additional days for rural and remote areas.

We will deliver Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays.

During high season and sales campaigns, delivery might take a little longer.

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.
