Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Our Online Purchases Return & Exchange Policy as follows

Regular Priced Merchandise

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Note:

  • For orders to Canada, a return postage fee of 15.00 CAD (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Orders from the US and other countries are final sale. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept your request for a refund or exchange at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

EXCHANGES

To make an exchange, you can contact us through service@lesavan.com within 12 hours from the time you have place the order. 

After 12 hours unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges.

Sale Merchandise

Sale items marked with a discount of less than 35% can be returned for merchandise credit on an eGift Card if returned within 14 days of the shipping date. Sorry, no refunds to the original form of payment for sales or discounted items. Note: For orders in Canada, A return postage fee of 15.00 CAD (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund. 

Sale items marked with a discount of 35% or greater are final sales.

EXCHANGES

HOW TO SUBMIT RETURN REQUESTS

To submit return requests, you need to log in to your customer account. You can access your account by click this link

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us through service@lesavan.com within 12 hours from the time you have place the order. You can always contact us for any return question at service@lesavan.com.

After 12 hours, you can return the items you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@lesavan.com.

Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If your parcel does not arrive due to an issue caused by the carrier, Lesavan will either send a replacement or provide a full refund for the order amount.

Refused Packages

If a package is refused at delivery, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, and return shipping costs associated with the shipment. These charges will be deducted from any applicable refund.
