Motivated to create a grace and royal flare dress for a Canadian girl, Charlotte Eli was made with form-holding poplin cotton to create something unique, the fabric is less likely to wrinkle for long day activities. . Feature soft, airy fabrics gently embrace her tiny frame. The dress is a fresh new art with a white collar decorated with embroidered waves which makes a revolution in smocked dresses. The ruffle collar creates a sense of freedom for active kids, while soft blue embroidery was made to capture a little innocence. Hand-smocked details add a touch of tradition.
